Yoga studio

If you're looking to deepen your practice, then I invite you to join me on the mat at the one & only irā yoga studio in Innsbruck, where I teach three weekly classes:

Mondays - Mobility Practice 17:00 - 18:00

Tuesdays - Vinyasa Flow Yoga 8:30 - 9:45

Sundays - Vinyasa Flow Yoga 9:00 - 10:15

You are in Innsbruck, Austria and are looking for a way to move your body? I also teach 4 weekly classes at McFit Innsbruck, so why not get a membership and join our community? All group classes are included in your membership.
